We don’t use terms or contracts because we understand that our clients’ needs can change over time. Our flexibility allows us to adapt to those changing needs without the constraints of a formal contract.

Absolutely! We understand that your needs can be changing! Please reach out to us to adjust the frequency of your recurring clean, just keep in mind that the price of the service varies based on frequency.

We don’t mind furry friends! It is up to you whether you would like to kennel your animal or leave them out. If you’re animal has anxiety or is protective please just let us know! PS we also pet sit for our clients (for an additional cost)!

You do not need to be present, please just communicate how we can access your home/property! If you would like to be present that is totally fine as well, we just work around you!

If you have an employee you would like to request we will definitely try our best to keep them assigned to you! However, sometimes scheduling or other changes don’t allow that so please keep that in mind :)

Tipping is always welcome and very much appreciated but not required! If you would like to leave a tip, please leave it in a sealed envelope with Sarah’s name on it!

We can accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit card payments. Ask us about a cash discount!

We can skip or cancel your scheduled service anytime before 24 hours. Once it gets to 24 hours you will be charged for 50% of the service to skip or cancel. If you would like to reschedule within that 24 hour window we can work with you on that free of charge!
